There’s a big milestone in the Commonwealth this year. The Kentucky Derby and the Kentucky Oaks – the two longest continuously held sporting events in the United States – are celebrating 150 years of racing and tradition, and Maryhurst is offering the experience of a lifetime for those interested in joining the festivities.
Maryhurst, the oldest child welfare agency in the state of Kentucky, is raffling off two separate all-inclusive packages – one for the Derby and one for the Oaks – that include reserved box seating for six along the third turn, an all-inclusive refreshment package and access to offsite parking at the Kentucky Fair and Expo Center.
Tickets are $100 each and all proceeds will directly benefit Maryhurst programs and resources that prevent abuse, restore hope and empower survivors of trauma and neglect throughout Kentucky.
A maximum of 200 tickets will be sold for the Oaks Champion Package, valued at an estimated $4,000, while a maximum of 300 tickets will be sold for the Derby Legend Package, valued at an estimated $6,000.
Entries will be accepted until April 15, 2024. The winner will be drawn the evening of April 16, 2024.
