Parry is a game-changer when it comes to guiding client success. She is authentic, forward-thinking and above all else, driven to telling dynamic stories. 

As an award-winning communicator, she has more than 14 years of experience in public relations, marketing and branding across higher education, state and local government. 

Prior to her position at C2, Parry served as the Director of Marketing and Communications for the University of Kentucky’s top-20 ranked College of Nursing. As director, she led communications efforts for all institutional areas including recruitment, research, philanthropy, advocacy and more. Amidst the backdrop of COVID-19 pandemic, Parry focused on elevating nurses’ voices and creating opportunities to recognize the value in both the profession and its people.  

Before UK, Parry served in the Public Information Office for the City of Lexington, where she led brand integration and supported digital content strategy for all city departments — from safety to parks to planning — and was recognized by the Kentucky Association of Government Communicators for excellence in social media and video production. She began her professional communications career in the Kentucky governor’s office, where she rose through the ranks and held several roles including Director of Communications for the Office of the First Lady. 

Parry holds a B.S. in Business Administration and Economics from the College of Charleston in Charleston, SC.  She is a native Kentuckian and currently resides in Lexington, where she proudly bleeds blue as a member of the Big Blue Nation.  GO CATS! #BBN
