Heather brings more than 20 years of senior-level leadership and communications experience supporting complex organizations through change, crisis and growth. Her background spans executive communication,
crisis response, media relations and talent development, with a career rooted in advising senior leaders and translating strategy into clear, actionable messaging.

Prior to C2 Strategic, Heather served in senior leadership roles with the United States Army, most recently as a senior talent development manager at the Army’s Human Resources Command. Here she trained, developed and placed more than 200 public affairs professionals worldwide, advising commanders on leadership communication, organizational alignment and workforce strategy.

Heather’s communications career includes crisis response leadership following a tornado at Fort Leonard Wood, Missouri, as well as public affairs and media relations roles across multiple international assignments. Her experience leading under pressure and operating in high-visibility environments informs her approach to strategic counsel, risk management and stakeholder engagement.
