Program Manager, Bridging Kentucky at Kentucky Transportation Cabinet

Royce Meredith, P.E., is a bridge engineer working in the State Highway Engineers Office at the Kentucky Transportation Cabinet (KYTC). With almost 20 years of experience as a transportation engineering specialist, Meredith offers his wisdom to the KYTC leadership and developing partners of the Bridging Kentucky project.

Bridging Kentucky is an effort to improve the safety and soundness of bridges across the Commonwealth. Led by KYTC, engineers will rehabilitate, repair or replace critical structures in every region of Kentucky.

In addition to his work with Bridging Kentucky, Meredith is a key leader in transformational projects throughout the state, including his role as project manager on the Sherman Minton Renewal project, an effort to revitalize and rehabilitate the Sherman Minton Bridge, connecting Louisville, KY and New Albany, IN.

Meredith graduated from the University of Kentucky in 2001 with a bachelor’s degree in civil engineering.
