The 2020 winners of the 16th annual Best Places to Work in Kentucky list have been named. The Kentucky Chamber of Commerce, Kentucky Society of Human Resource Management and ClearPath Mutual Insurance Company selected 100 companies based on employee policies and procedures and internal employee survey results.
An awards ceremony will take place April 23 in Lexington. Winners from across Kentucky were judged and selected in three categories based on number of employees in the U.S.: small (15-149 employees); medium (150-499 employees); and large (500 or more employees.).
The Best Places to Work in Kentucky competition was designed to motivate companies to excellence in workplace environments. Nominations open each August for the program at bestplacestoworkky.com.
