The Smithsonian National Zoological Park has administered a request for proposals to four teams for their Central Parking Facility P3 Project.
The RFP should outline plans for the design, construction, financing, operation and maintenance of the parking facility, as well as plans to consolidate parking to comprise 1,285 spaces.
The teams invited to submit proposals for the project in Washington, D.C., are;
- Rock Creek Parking Partners led by Meridiam, Smoot Construction, LAZ Parking with Walsh
- Secure-Investec led by Secure Parking and Investec with Whiting-Turner
- National Zoo Parking Group led by Edgemoor, Northleaf Capital Partners with Colonial Parking; and
- Gilbane-Provident led by Gilbane and Provident with Citi, Preston Hollow Capital and SP+ .
Proposals are due March 15, 2018, with a winner expected in April.
